Here’s what you can expect during your concrete replacement process.



• The existing concrete is removed and hauled away. No dumpsters are used or left onsite.
• The driveway will be graded to ensure proper water flow.
• Crusher run will be graded into your present subbase if required.
  #3 Rebar will be placed at 3-foot centers and will run down the driveway. The rebar will also be doweled into the garage slab and run out on the 3-foot centers.
• New concrete will be placed back 4”- 5” thick using 4000 psi concrete with mono-filament fiber added.
• Hand tooled control joints will be placed every 10 feet running across the driveway and down the center of the driveway if it’s 10 feet or wider. If a walkway is replaced, the control joints will be placed every 5 to 6 feet.
• All of the control joints are picture framed.
• A framed edging will be tooled around the perimeter of the driveway.
• A light broom finish will be applied over the entire prepared area.
